Our vision is to be a place where the community can access services, sport, and recreation while working with local and state stakeholders and funding partners including FRRR.

What happens here

Regular programs for all ages and interests

Sessions vary through the year, with updates shared on Facebook and community notices.

Digital Inclusion Hub

Weekly digital mentoring and device support through the Mount Perry Tech Hub program.

Pickleball

Social pickleball sessions including evening games, with gold coin contribution sessions shared online.

Line Dancing

Community line dancing classes that support social connection and active lifestyles.

Indoor Bowls

Social indoor bowls sessions, including established Monday morning activities.

Tai Chi and Yoga

Wednesday wellness sessions, including Tai Chi and Yoga programs for mixed skill levels.

Local Meetings

Meeting room space for local organisations, groups, and community collaboration.

The facility operates as a members-only space outside program times. During scheduled sessions and events, the wider community is welcomed to participate.

  • Membership enquiries are currently handled via Facebook.
  • Gym membership includes 24/7 keycard access.
  • Volunteers are welcomed and must hold a Blue Card.
Community partnerships

Working together for regional outcomes

Mount Perry Sport & Recreation is committed to being the community centre on the western entry to the North Burnett.

Programs are delivered with support from community volunteers and external stakeholders, including local and state government partners and funding bodies such as FRRR.

We also host digital inclusion activity in partnership with the Mount Perry Digital Inclusion Hub.
